Sherwood Amusements, Inc.

This year's midway is provided by Sherwood Amusements, Inc. of Upper Falls, Maryland. Wristbands will be available for Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. There will be no rain dates. To buy wristbands early and save almost 50% on each wristband, go to the offices of the Amelia Bulletin Monitor or click here for an order form to print and mail-in.

Torres One-Ring Family Circus

We will have a brand new circus this year! See international performers in aerial acts, acrobatics, juggling, and the globe of death motorcycle demonstration.

Demolition Derby

Yes! Right here in Amelia! Saturday, September 11, 2010, at 7:00 pm in Tom Scott Park. Cars smashin' inta each other... glass breakin'... sparks flyin'... tires shreddin'... all the things that make that intersection at Chula Junction famous, but in a controlled area. Children's Tent

Activities for the kids all during the fair with a special appearance during Sunday by the Chesterfield Children's Theatre.

Wrestling

Matches start at 7:00 pm on Friday night, September 10. The event is free with admission to the fair, there is no extra charge. Check our fair page with general information for admission prices.

Ronald McDonald

Ronald will appear on Saturday, September 11, at 7:00 p.m. He's a great entertainer who brings smiles to young and old.

Animal Rescue Klub

There will be a program presented on Sunday, September 12, at 2:00 p.m. at the Grandstand by ARK, the Animal Rescue Klub. You will get a chance to see some of your wild friends close up and find out how the members of ARK rescue, nurture, and release back into the wild everything from snakes to opossums to owls.

Agracadabra

Come see a magic show with an agricultural theme. Learning about the farm has never been so much fun! There will be three show on Saturday, September 11, at the Grandstand: 2:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.

Hula-Hoop Demonstrations

On Saturday, September 11, between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. there will be hula-hoop demonstrations. Learn how it's done and then teach your friends!
