Potted plants and hanging baskets must be in the possession of the exhibitor for a minimum of three months before exhibiting.

Flowers must be grown by exhibitor.

3.

Arrangements must be arranged by exhibitor. Flowers for arrangement do not have to be grown by exhibitor.

4.

Only one entry will be allowed in each class for an exhibitor.

Specimens should be exhibited in a clean, clear, glass container.
