All exhibits must be
entered between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Tuesday, September 6; or between
9 a.m. and 11 a.m., Wednesday, September 7, 2011. |

All articles for exhibition must
be the handwork of or produced by the exhibitor and never have been
exhibited in the Amelia County Fair or any other fair in the past.
Amelia and or residents of adjoining counties may enter. |
3. |
The Fair assumes no responsibility
in the case of loss or damage to exhibits or entries received. Any
insurance desired on any entry must be carried by the exhibitor.
No exhibitor will be allowed to remove, handle, or rearrange the
exhibit prior to the end of the fair. |

An identification tag will be attached
to the article at the time of entry; a duplicate claim coupon must
be retained by the exhibitor until Monday, September 12, when articles
will be picked up between 12 noon and 8 p.m. No person will receive
awards and premiums (cash) for entries removed before that time.
No premiums will be available after Monday, September 12. |
5. |
All unclaimed entries that have
not been picked up by 8:00 p.m. Monday, September 12, may be thrown
away. |
6. |
All entries must have the name
and phone number of the entrant secured to the item. Entries for
the Youth Division must also be marked with the age of the exhibitor. |
7. |
An exhibitor shall be permitted
to make one entry for each class. |
8. |
Ribbons will be awarded. Judges
have the right to award no ribbon if they feel the quality of the
entries does not merit and award. Cash premiums will be awarded
to the first three places. |
9. |
All decisions of the judges are
final. |
